Ditto the Bad Management

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
The management at this complex has gone downhill in the past two years. Better hope you don't have a serious problem and need you to work with them, because they seem to have no sympathy. It's all the bottom line and the money - to which money doesn't seem to go towards gate repairs or upkeep on the property (two grills have been broken for over 2 years and never been fixed).

If it wasn't for the management this would be an awesome place to live.
