Utility Fee''

Maybe now that they are charging each resident a $10 utility fee, they can keep the gate fixed! Didn't know I'd have to pay for their utilities also!!
I've lived here for six years and although I like my particular apartment and have had great neighbors the actual upkeep of the grounds and facilities has declined considerably. The gate has been broken more than it has worked in six years, they spent a tremendous amount of money on the fitness center but can't seem to keep the landscaping from dying. Oh, sure, the front looks nice when you drive in but take a look at the peeling paint on the back fence or the dead vegetation around the back perimeter.
If it wasn't so hard to find a place that allowed large dogs, I would of moved years ago!
