After reading this last comment, I felt it necessary to finally leave my own. I have plenty of complaints about San Tropez and I was never a "problem" like the last person said all people making complaints would be. We were great tennants. Never paid rent late, picked up after our dog right away, was friendly to the staff, and rarely complained. When we did complain though, nothing was ever done. Oh the office staff was sure nice about it and acted deeply concerned, but they really didn't give a damn about one person to the next.

The ants in the apartments were absoluetely ridiculous. After speaking with my three other common wall neighbors, I learned that we all had the same problem and it was the wall that we all shared where it was mainly coming from. The only thing the office did was send a bug man over. They never once wanted to get to the root of the problem, just eliminate the ants temporarily. They kept coming back too. I came home to thousands of ants in my kitchen one day, THOUSANDS! I had to wash every pot and pan in there, throw away boxed foods that had never been opened, as well as completely drain my sparkletts cooler that had a full 5 gallon bottle on it. Another time, we had just gotten ready to go to bed only to discover the ants were in our bed, on our nightstands, everywhere. Yet again it was the common wall. We ended up switching to our second bedroom to avoid ants in our bed in the future. These kinds of infestations are serious, but not to the management.

One tennant got so fed up with the way she was treated she got charged with battery because she beat up one of the office staff. This was also the same woman that had a Temorary Protective Order against her daughter's father, oh and she was a stripper (not a surprise though since there are about 100 more strippers living here as well). Then of course are the many battery domestic violence incidences that occur here. There is even a convicted prostitute here as well! This just goes to show what kind of wonderful people these apartments get rented out to. The area looks really nice, but don't be fooled! That's exactly what they want you to think!
