The worst place I have EVER lived. The office staff is not only unconcerned about everything, but downright VULGAR to you for bringing it their attention, and interrupting their nap I guess.

The male sales agent is the only decent one in the office, and I can't exactly say I trust him either, afterall he does work there with all those rude women, it's going to eventually rub off. He's the only one who's never been STRIAGHT up rude to my face.

We have complained about the overgrowth of the trees over the sidewalks about 3 times now, since July, and something has YET to be done. The assistant mgr just says "They haven't been cut yet'"

We've had a family illness, and have to move out of state. We just spoke with the office manager, and she told us that to break our lease, just 3 months early, it will cost us $2600. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T HAVE AN ILLNESS IN THE FAMILY.

As far as upkeep. WHAT upkeep' The only person I ever see doing anything is the guy that walks around and picks up the dog poop, and even he misses most of it, doing it half-way.

When we first moved in, we were shown an apartment that they wanted us to move into where the people before us had lived for 3 years, and they didn't even change out the carpet. What does carpet cost'' Esepcially this carpet' We had to INSIST that they change it, and then they had to "discuss it." By the time they were done discussing it, we had already moved in, because we HAD to be out of the place we were living before. Get real.

The parking is a COMPLETE joke. Don't move here if you have a large SUV. They only give you one space, no matter the amount of bedrooms you have, and the spaces aren't big enough for you to park, AND be able to get out of your car. Not to mention all the cars with expired tags that are just SITTING in the "free" spaces. As far as free spaces go, count maybe 3 per building. There are more, but they are all occupied with non-running cars, or cars with expired tags.
