i rent an apt. with my boyfreind and a roommate. when i moved in in feb, 03", i was told my cats could roam freely, but when i let them out, i was fined $50. I read the fineprint on the lease only to find out they had to be leashed. Management stonewalled me, i contacted a lawyer, he couldnt do anything, i felt lied to and betrayed. Management was so lame about it, finally had to get rid of my cats, was very upset. If you are searching for an apt, keep searching. San Tropez has phony management. They tell you what you want to hear just to get you to sign a lease and get their commissions. Beware! continue your search.
