Reading some of the previous comments, I'm beginning to wonder, did I live in the same complex'
I lived in this complex for 6 months when I first moved to Vegas, while I was waiting for my house to be built.
I had stayed here for a week before that with a friend who lived in the complex.
When I lived there, the complex was clean, well lit, safe and generally quiet.
The biggest problem I had was with people who had problems picking up after their dogs.
Parking became an issue on the weekends because tenants would allow their visiting friends to crash at their units for free.
As for people "camping out" their multiple cars, I always saw tow trucks removing vehicles that had stayed parked at any unassigned spot for more than 3 days.
I never saw anyone get beat up, any cops called, or any "domestic disputes." And I never saw one single stripper in this complex either...where do people get this idea that this apartment complex was populated by strippers' In fact, most of my nearbye neighbors were male...maybe they were male strippers.
In general, the people I saw that did have trouble with the management were the problem tenents, most who tried to move in and do crazy things.
And the property was well kept and everytime I had to have work done on my apartment (maintence on the tub and oven) it was all done in a timely manner.
I really liked this complex, and had it been a condo I would have probably bought into it.
