I've lived at San Tropez for almost a year and I have had no real problems with the apartment I have lived in. I paid the exrta cash for a second floor apartment and the place has been clean and quiet. The amount of children in the complex is minimal and are pretty well behaved. The gym is awesome and always clean. The location of the complex is at the end of Russell rd., so there is no unwanted traffic near th complex (quiet). The only complaints I have are with the lack of open parking spaces and some of the hard heads who live there who like to speed and have disregards for others. You can't blame management for that.
