Pros: If you have a maintenance problem, the office will respond quickly and it will be fixed.
- the gym is pretty nice for an apartment complex, so no extra gym membership needed.
- Lots of open parking located on the east part of the complex
- friendly neighbors and office
- reasonable rent for 2 bedroom
- neighbors quiet

Cons:
- you only get a 3 day grace period at the beginning of the month for rent, I am used to at least a 5 day period, and the late charge is fairly high
- there are numerous little problems with the apartment, and although they will fix it, it is annoying to call all the time
- Construction noise is right outside, and although it is not management's fault, still annoying.
- one tire slashed on my car
- perhaps an increase in crime in the area' there are police cars there frequently now, and some rumblings of more "incidents" in the area.
- Big DOGS, with lots of Poo everywhere, even though there are dog stations, so really the residents are being lazy.

All in all, I like the apartment, but I think I will move at the end of my lease, but not a bad place really. But i think i want to live in a place without big dogs and without construction.
