I've read a few of the reviews and for the most part I could agree on a lot of issues. I actually liked living here at Sandpiper, the location was perfect and the neighborhood was not a bad area at all. But over all, Sandpiper Apartments are OLD and dirty. When I first moved in, everything seemed to be ready to go in the apartment. We paid over $1000 for a deposit just because we were not from Las Vegas. Our dryer needed to be fixed, our AC was broken for the longest during the hottest time of the summer, my toilet flooded, and outlets in the unit don't work. More than 3 times has my water been TURNED OFF. Maintenance is ridiculous, they only had one guy that knew what he was doing, trying to service what, 500 UNITS by HIMSELF'' I was able to get over the insect infestation, after having the apartment sprayed, there wasn't really any solution. I can hear EVERY SINGLE STEP the neighbors upstairs make, and they're not even trying to be loud. Extra/guest parking is VERY limited. You have to pay extra for a new gym key, when we first moved in it was given to us for free. I can't keep track of the workers in the office, as they changed on a regular basis, and the ones that are still there are RUDE and disrespectful.

I can agree with all of your statements..i also was not from LV and had to pay 1200 for a one bedroom and it looked like crap when i got here. my toilet also flooded and lots of the outlets dont work..i've had maintenence here so many times its comical so i have just thrown in the towel until the end of my lease and it can be somebody else's problem. water has been turned off many times and you're lucky to get a hot shower for more than ten mins. And one particular lady in the office is just completely retarded..she doesnt know how to do anything and doesnt have a straight answer about anything either. my toilet was leaking all over the bathroom and she called back 3!!!!!!!!!!! times to ask me questions before sending maintenence over here..i mean seriously i had 3 inches of water and the carpet was sopping and she wanted to ask me questions like what went down the toilet and i may have to pay for the damages..well if toilet paper is no longer acceptable to put down the toilet then i guess i'm guilty. this place irritates me to no end
