Yeah must be a step up from the Ghetto. But for those of us who have lived in other parts of the country who know what good customer service and standards are, Sandpiper is not a good place! Even the pest control guy told me that these apartments are notorious for bug problems. If they didn't have a problem with pests, they wouldn't need a pest control service! The security guard is overweight and can barely walk. Hopefully he can tackle that 6 foot-tall man who breaks into your apartment. Why is it strange to accept cash for rent if the person gives you a receipt? My property management company, whom I rent a lovely home from now for nearly the same price as you are paying for that dump, accepts cash. And guess what?? THEY GIVE ME A RECEIPT IDIOT! As for Linda, the manager, she can suck a fat one. I was so nice and professional with that woman and she could not have been more rude and unprofessional with me. Oh and by the way, when you move out, she does the walk through without you being present. In fact, you are not allowed to be present. Therefore, she can claim that you trahsed the place and charge out out the butt if she wanted to. That's why you have no idea what it's like to rent from a professional organization. You've been there for nearly a decade. Shop around honey. Sandpiper is robbing you!
