Ever since the day we moved in, there has been nothing but problems. They made it sounds like they were "fixing up the place" with new ownership and management and reconstructing the place. But it's all the same, just with a different exterior look (which I will add isn't the greatest either). Neighborhood is bad and dangerous with drug dealers and drunks walking around and hanging out at the corner store. Maintenance hardly follows through with assignments. We had to fix half of the stuff OURSELVES!! We are staying at my mother's for the night because ONCE AGAIN the water is shut off WITHOUT any warning. The management has PROCRASTINATED so much about enforcing parking and actually getting the gates to work. Because of this I had my car broken into, and when I brought it to their attention they looked at me as is I was crazy!! Like it wasn't their fault. It take writing a threatening letter to actually get them to fix things. And bottom line the sizes of apts. are NOT worth the price. At least $680 for a 600sq. ft. 1 bedroom with NO STORAGE OR CLOSET SPACE. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS!!!
