I had lived there for over 4 years. They have always been a little shady, but it has gotten worse over the years. They enter your apartment illegally, claiming its a "mistake" with the apt number for the order. They did that to me several times, and before Kyle was there, the previous maitenance were fired because they were going into apartments and stealing while the residents were at work. Not only that, but every single manager they have had were disgusting, bad attitudes, bad customer care. I left with an extremely bad taste in my mouth. Oh, and forget ever receiving a deposit back from them. They have the crappiest carpet known to man, and then are shocked and surprised (or act that way) when you leave and the carpets screwed up. I have NEVER seen such terrible carpeting. It literally gets flattened and black within 2 weeks of move in. We take our shoes off at the door, so it is NOT us that messed the carpet up. They will try charging you for this. There are a ton of gorgeous apartments for rent, if you like this zip code, there are about 7 other fantastic apartments to rent from. Save your sanity and DO NOT MOVE INTO SHADOW HILLS!!!!!!!
