Yes I agree 100%
Silver Shadow Apartments are awful. Save your self the trouble and don't move in, you will really regret it. Warn anyone you know and tell them to stay clear. This place is a ghetto.
The walls are paper thin. I can hear the neighbor's alarm clock. It's waking me up even though I don't need to yet.
Most of the neighbors have no class and they let their children run wild. Cigarette butts are thrown all over the place.
The fitness center is never available if you work a Monday - Friday 9-5 or 8-5 job. Kids go in there and destroy the place.
The maintenance crew are the laziest people on earth and management does nothing to ensure that repair requests are taken care of. I've been living here a couple of years now and I'm still waiting on some things to get fixed that I reported the day I moved in. The only maintenance that goes on, is that they paint the parking lines and speed bumps regularly. I think they get a fresh paint job about every 2-3 weeks.
The lighting sucks! It feels like you're going to get mugged while you're walking to your apartment at night. The lights are out by our parking structure. The lights have been out in front of my aprtament building for weeks now and I don't think they will ever change the bulbs.
The staff is not friendly at all. Don't dare ask for anything to be repaired, they will give you an evil look like you wouldn't believe.
Management and coporate do absolutley nothing. I've written letters and they could care less.
STAY AWAY FROM SILVER SHADOW!!!! IT WILL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!
