Silver Shadow Apartments

Where to begin on this crap hole of a complex From: memorsalus Date posted: 1/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   In the 4 months I have been there the water has been turned off 3 times for over 8 hour periods!!! No notice or explination given. Security is never "available" when you call with an issue. Garbage disposal has been broken since moved in and I ask about it CONSTANTLY!! Due to a faulty water heater my apt was flooded two days ago when i called them upon coming home from work to 4 inch of water in my apt, I was told no one was availble for contact to shut off the water pooring in from the water heater out side. I got to sit and watch my belonging destroyed until someone arrive over 1 hour later. Now they tell me there is nothing i can do about any thing ruined. My parking spot is constantly taken by people rummaging through the trash(it's located close to the receptical)so i don't know why they bother to have a gate..it's never closed. Long story short...I have never paid soo much to live in a complete dump!!!!! Don't get me started on the noise level, lack of staff service and inability to do anything byt get my $$
