First they claim they have security... they don't. We have had 5 ARMED robberies in this complex in the last 3 months! They put letters on our doors to warn us. They say it's happening in other places too but they just don't let you know about it.
The maintenance is a joke. I've had my soap dish duck taped to my bathtub wall for a year. And they duck taped it.
You can't get cable access for the internet because they don't have cable... you have to get DSL or use a slower modeum.
The pool is VERY limited access. If the office staff is ready to go home... the pool closes. The hottub is inside next to the office and almost no one uses it.
The laundry rooms are so small. The washers are half sized so you pay twice as much to wash your clothes here than at a laundry mat.
There have been 5 fires in the complex in two years... and the fire alarms NEVER go off. You have to depend on your neighbors to get you out alive.
I know this sounds too hard to believe... but ask anyone else who lives here. Everyone wishes they could get out.
AND... they have started charging for water... which isn't a big deal except they can't seem to fix the sprinklers so that they actually water the grass... and there are lakes of water in other areas.
AND... the parking is in such a way... that you have to walk all the way around the building to get to your apartment, which is hard when you have gone shopping. And the areas around the buildings aren't very well lit. It also gives a mugger more places to hid and wait.
Move here and be miserable!
