These apts are the getto of all apts! Trash all over the complex, people hanging out all over outside making loud noise, drinking, hooting & hollering. Graffiti everywhere, the laundry rooms are filthy dirty all the time, washers leak all over the floor, graffiti on the washers and dryers doors, over flowing trash & furniture at the dumsters which is a health issue, cars drive fast thru the alleys that someone can be hurt, cars vandilized, including mine. broken glass everywhere you drive. The management staff does not care about this property or its tenents. They dont even walk the property to see what is going on here. The maintance here is a joke. when a maintance person puts your front doorknob on BACKWARDS... and does not want to fix it til the next day...there is a problem!!!!!!!!!!

I could list a million things why not to live here... when my lease is up I am out of here!
