really...because its useless!They just won't budge!It takes days sometimes weeks or like in our case, never for the maintenance to fix whats broken.The management didn't have any consideration.If you are thinking of moving here because its close to work or free cable...its not worth it.Theres more bad than good in this complex.They give you free cable but the catch is you have to pay water,sewer and trash.I have no idea how they get the figures but its sure is a pain in the wallet!The units are big but they smell like mold,that's cause they don't change the carpet before a new tenant moves in...they don't give a ----.Too many roaches,old appliances,bad neighborhood.i don't let my kids play outside!Thats why we're movin' out next week,we can't wait.When I see new tenants moving in, I feel sorry but I know its too late to warn them, but then it won't be long before they realize just like us how bad this place really is. This is the only way I can tell others about our experience. Please,whatever negative reviews you read here, they are all true.We give negative comments because we all used to rent here!f you love your family and you're working hard for your money, then don't rent here, for those who are still livin here...get the hell out!

I agree, my wife and I lived in Silverado from 10/05 to 08/06 and couldn't wait to leave. There were cops there at least every other night. The place is definitely ghetto. Had a nice comforter stolen from the laundry around Xmas HO HO HO Lots of drug dealers and hookers live there. The fitness center was a joke. The hot tub was never open and looked nasty.
