I have lived her for over a year and I've had no major problems. The staff has changed some but I feel it's for the better. They have been remodeling the property here so that has brought a few problems but the end result should be good. The maint. staff is very friendly sometimes a little slow but always try to help you. The office staff is easy to deal with and are fast to respond to my frequent concerns about the nightmare children from The Hamptons, thats the only thing I would change about this apartment... move it away from that DUMP the children and adults there are horrible, but the office has seemed to crack down on that! I would and have recommended this community to my friends, it's a very quaint community.
