Wow, what a mistake, but, cheap. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Unfortunately my wife and I had the misfortune of living here 2 years. Illegal aliens all over. 9 or 10 of them to a unit. Noise and filfth. Drug deals, sex on the balconies, skateboards tearing up the place, no public lighting, gunshots, drunk neighbors, ------ the manager a joke, ---- management non-responsive. Pools closed almost all the time. The only 'good ' thing here, it's cheap. We saved enough to buy a Condo at Park Ave. To round it all off, when we moved out they stole our Deposit, and of course there was the 'non-refundable' cleaning deposit. They have violated NRS 118A.242, NRS 118A.260, and probably others. If you want cheap, it's OK. But don't expect anything more, and expect your money to be taken at the end.
