Exactly what do you have to go to court with? If you break your contract with anyone about anything, how do you expect to win in court if you did not fulfill your end of the contract. Did it state anywhere in that contract that you wont be liable for anything if you break it. Most likely not if you are charged for it. You have nothing to go on. Just pay what you owe and get on with it.

I now live at Sonoma Hills, And I have to admit ...The roaches are rediculous!!!!!When I moved in ,I thought it was the woman upstairs (considering she and her children just threw trash over her balcony on to mine) But then I realised (after she moved out) that on the ground outside there are roaches of all shapes and sizes everywhere. Correct me if i am wrong, But i dont believe that this is something the complex can control. Anyway i think for the price ...the apartments are worth the money. In case anybody wants to know, The neighborhood is pretty safe at night (due to alot of children being here) If you keep your apt clean and mind your own buisness you should be able to wipe out roaches and problems with anyone else. p.s. appliances are sort of old ...But so are the apts.
