I guess whoever wrote a good rating in feb must have been on the management team because anyone that gives a good review of this place has got to be out of their mind! This place sucks! I can hire a bum off the street to do maintenance far better than anyone here. How hard is it to fix a sink the right way' They have to ask someone how to charge an a/c unit. They leave behind broken beer bottle glasses for someone to step on instead of cleaning up after themselves. And even worse is the management, legally a resident has the right to leave after 14 days if things that are supposed to be fixed are not. Don't you think management would make sure things are fixed correctly and promptly. No, they put the blame on maintenance. They are the ones that are to blame because you can not run a good and efficient apartment complex without good management. Maintenace needs to be fired or trained properly as well as the managers. The managers are rude as heck, they could care less about the decent people living in the apartments because the money they are making is from housing incomes. They have a banner that says " we love our residents". That's a joke! They just try to get all the resident's money by filling all the apartments by advertising cheap rent.
