I've lived here ,and my time here is awful i have no baseboards in my house bugs come in my house when they cut the sprinklers on.

[Rediculous]my fridge has went out for 3days i have asked them to fix this $ 200.00 of food had to go back to the store ,you think they said they was sorry you think they ask if there was any thing they could do![no] don't care my heat/cooling system has went out the workers comes over and just click my a/c switch on and off when i got my bill it was $ 689.00 .

ask sonterra to call and explain to the power company the problem because there going to cut my power off unless paid in one week sonterra did nothing told us not there problem also to for a parking spot around here your half way around the block i can't even explain to you how many times my toilet has over flooded and i've gotten sick because i have had other peoples things come out of my toilet [if you know what i mean]and a hospital bill later $1,023.00and all these problems later and they still need there rent on time,and they pocket your late fees [as told by an insider]sonterra are such crumb snatchers thats why they hire illegal workers here because they work for nothing.and sonterra lets people [illegals]house 5,6and over people in there home[fire hazard] don't care and half the time they sit around and drink on the clock just sad.
