I've lived at this apartment for three months now and I already want to move out. I moved into a one bedroom apartment on the first floor and I've had nothing but problems. The noise from your neighbors apartments is rediculous. You can hear every step from those above and when they use the water, it sounds like it is a waterfall in your apartment. The complex is so small and tight, that when residents use the barbeque area's, it stinks up your apartment with th windows closed. I have never seen anyone work on the grounds of the apartment to keep it clean. The front gate is always broken and so are the doors to the gym and pool area's. The complex waters the grass so much the walkways are always wet and force insects out of the grounds. It is amazing that there can be puddles of water everywhere when the temperature is at 110 degrees. The complex has a huge fly and roach problem because of the watering. Cars have been broken into many times since I've been there and the glass is still on the parking lot, great job cleaning by maintenance. And drug deals happen constantly in the pool area by young punks who live there and are not controlled by there parents. Its too bad you can't test drive an apartment, like you do when you buy a car. Renters beware.
