I agree with the majority of reviews. The place is NOT well maintained, there's dog pooh in almost all of the grassy areas, water and mud streaming down walkways much of the day (overwatering--suprised the water district lets them get away w/it), broken equipment in the 'gym', and the management does not apply the same standards to everyone (e.g., no trash/junk on balconies is the rule, they asked me to remove decorations but allow my neighbor to keep wire racks of junk on his balcony). I've had horrible problems getting keys that work for my mailbox and the pool--which is loud and noisy until late at night so don't move in next to it. Additionally, when I applied at another apartment, they tried to charge me $ to confirm that I even live here! I rented a 2 bdrm w/den and they claim its over 1100 sq feet---but I really think they are incorporating the plant shelves into their 'estimated' footage! I thought about moving to a downstairs unit away from the pool, they claimed it has more sq. footage and costs less $ than I'm paying now- how can that be' My advice is to STAY AWAY!
