ANOTHER new manager

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
What is wrong with this company, I've lived at Spanish Ridge for 2 1/2 years. It seems that we have a new manager every 6 months. As soon as I get comfortable with the management change, poof, they're gone. The last manager, a great gal, helped me solve a problem that had been ignored for the longest time. Time to look at UPPER MANAGEMENT....
