She will take good care of you. She knows the residents by name. She will do resident appreciation and actvities. She just started the continental breakfasts! They have starbucks and panera bread bagels. Things are taken care of! It is a great property. Gated 24 hours, city views, next to shopping, the mail is enclosed. The apts have nice floors and upgrades with the inhouse stairs and BIG windows. We also enjoy the large pool. The community is pretty with alot of palm trees. It is very nice.

I moved here from NYC a few months ago. When I came out looking for apts. St Clair just happpened to be the first complex I looked at. Nothing compared for the price. Very Quiet community. I've had no problems with the maintenance staff as a matter of fact, they've helped me on several occasions doing general handyman projects. The complex is patrolled by foot at night, gated 24 hours. As a single woman, I find the neighborhood and St. Clair to be safe and comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Convenient to freeway access. About 10 minutes from the strip. I feel like I am on an extended vacation in a friend's condo and still have nightmares of waking up buried in a foot of northeast snow!
