New to the area' Have limited time researching properties' Then consider St Clair. I was in the same boat a few months ago and picked St Clair from this site because of their reviews/ratings. Moved in literally site unseen and haven't regretted it once. Apts are open and spacious - little if any noise from adjoining apts. Great neighbors, clean facilities, great service. The pool area is the best. Shopping literally next door (without being next door). I-215 is right around the corner making it very accessible to airport and downtown. Quiet & very comfortable! Lowest crime area in the city (when I moved it) - haven't worried about anything since I've arrived. Excellence choice - can't go wrong :)

I just recently rented an apt in this complex, I am relocating fom NY to Vegas and I wont be movin in until the end of July. Thank you for this wonderful review. As a single woman, making this move alone. It certainly confirms that I couldnt have made a better decision

I lived here for 3 or so months now, The office is friendly and Anita and Nicky greet me by my first name when I stop in. Maintenance is responded to within a day or so and their staff has given me a hand on several occassions.
