Almost everything about these apartments are sub par from the appliances to the staff. The day I moved in my air conditioning was leaking and the dishwasher was broken. The dishwasher was fixed promptly. As for the AC, I asked for it to be fixed several times, being completely pleasant about the whole situation. It took approximately 2 weeks for anything to be fixed on the AC, and in the mean time, I got the run around. Shortly after those things had been fixed, my kitchen sink began to leak. Again, it took quite a few work orders before the problem was fixed. During this time, I ruined several bowls and towels sopping water leaks from these appliances.

Overall, the apartments looked good until you lived there. The parking was ample; the area was safe. The community features were generally well cared for. The pool was nice. The fitness was adequate. There were several roaches running around, but it is to be expected in the Southwest. If you spray your own apartment and keep it clean the problem dissipates.

Mover Beware: ensure to read the lease carefully (even when the leasing agent tells you to ignore a majority of it, because it allegedly does not apply to you.). Be especially careful when making short term leases with this place. Apparently, this is one of the few apartment complexes where a lease ending date means nothing.

The management here is some of the worst with whom I have ever dealt. They are rude, callous, and outright lie to you. They look out for what is in their interest only. Their leasing contracts are extremely poorly constructed. Getting through to their legal department is a nightmare, and once through they are sadly incompetent and of very little help. The office staff themselves are just peons placed in a post and do what their told. They don't have much capacity to think outside what their property management script tells them to do.

Overall, for the very average apartment, I am sure there are much better places to live.
