Stay for the maintenance, leave because of office!!

This place is a good location, quiet (most of the time)and VERY well kept up. The maintenance man is very good and respectful of our tenancy, quick to resolve our problems. A real gentleman with the south accent of "yes maam, no maam, etc". I have tried SEVERAL times to talk to the manager here about some issues. She refuses to come out to talk to me!! What is her problem and why is she hiding' When I call the office the girls that answer the phone say they will talk to the manager and call me back, they never do. They are pretty snotty in that office and I dont think any of them know what they are doing!!! As I said, stay for the maintenance, but if that isnt your issue, leave for the lousy OFFICE STAFF!!

Definitely go to the office instead of phoning...
The place sucks though, really bad noise problems and rude neighbors, too many inconsiderate people and litterbugs.
