Summer Winds

I Enjoy it here at Summer Winds, FINALLY! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008   My wife and I have lived here at Summer Winds for the past five years. There have been several different Management Companies manage this property. For awhile there, we had maintenance issues, neighbor issues, and vandalism. Too many problems to list. There is now a great Management team running this property. We have seen such a huge improvement since this new management team has taken over and cleaned house. The tenants/neighbors are great! The maintenance staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. Always friendly and gets the job done. The office staff is friendly and always happy to help. I have recommended several co-workers and friends to move here. I am happy to say I live at Summer Winds.
