Great Apartment But... From: yellowflower1 Date posted: 1/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Low income tenant area needs to be demolished. I've lived here for about 2 years and the apartment itself is a value for the dollar and convenient to all. The neighborhood is very nice but on one particular side of the complex, they allow low income tenants which might as well be called "the thug's mansion district". It only takes a few bad apples to upset a great complex. Parents are nowhere to be found and a lot of black children and teens looking bored, hungry, angry and p'd off. Put those with a good set of white to ethnic to middle class black and you've got a lot of people that question whether to let their kids play outside. Throw out the bad seeds before someone gets hurt or worse. Parking and laundry are very good and the office personnel are the big plus. They are so nice and make you wish you could just bomb and few buildings and retire here.
