I have lived at this complex for 2 years now and love it here, I will be leaving only because I am buying a home. For the price and this area you cant beat it! The maintenance guys get everything fixed RIGHT AWAY! I never have to wait, the office staff is very helpful, the grounds are kept up immaculately! It is an older complex which I like, its established, they arent changing rules or raising rents all the time, the trees are fully grown and beautiful. I was reading some of the other postings and to my knowledge I didnt think they had any particular part of the complex for low income families I think the problem with the children doesnt lie in the managements hands but in the parents hands. If kids are running in and out of cars its the parents job to protect the kids (of course management can make the parents aware) I do have 2 children of my own and its nice to have other kids in the area that they can play with they do have a play area for them and as long as Im out there keeping an eye on them I have no problems. I would definitly say I recommend this place!
