THIS APARTMENT IS 17 YEARS OLD AND SHOWS THEY RAISE THE RENT EVERY YEAR BUT DO NOT REPLACE AGING APPLIANCES OR CABINETS.THEY SAY THE INCREASE IS DO TO THE MARKET THEY NEED TO GO LOOK AT WHAT ELSE YOU GET FOR THE PRICE IN THE AREA A LOT NEWER. AND THE APPLIANCES ARE NOT FORM THE MID 80'S
