And that is a basic apartment. Nothing outstanding, not the niceist place I've ever lived, but far from the worst. It is an older complex, but well maintained. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. I really haven't seen too many "bad" areas. The descriptions from the other reviews sound like someone might be a little racist (I am caucasion and never had any problems with "ethnics").
