Summerhill Pointe Apartments

I liked it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Lived there for only 6 months since I moved out of the state for school. Since I been there, I didn't really have too many complaints except for the loud music and the hanging out in the parking lots. Maintenance was awesome, they always came right away, and the faculty responded to complaints very quickly. On the other hand, there was a roach problem that I had to deal with from the previous renters, the heating was always going out in the winter, and the constant pain the butt of the complex kids playing in every other person's front lawn besides their own.
