My daughter and I lived there for 8 years, which should tell most of you that IT WAS a NICE place to come home to. Only reason we left is because I retired and wanted to go home to Oregon. Maggie, the manager, is one of the sweetest, people-orientated person you want to know. If we ever had a noise complaint, someone was there to take care of it, PRONTO!!! Our rent only went up a few times...that's BEFORE all housing costs went through the roof, now with the drought, it's understandable..
As for the screaming kids, THAT"S THE PARENTS FAULT, not management to WATCH and CORRECT THIS BEHAVIOR!! I am sure, though, with a few calls to the office, someone would get an eviction notice tacked on their door for this..you just have to KNOW WHICH APT. THEY LIVE IN! Trust me when I say, Maggie DOES NOT put up with this! Too many people work all hours of the day, like I did,(graveyard)...It didn't take MUCH to wake me up, even though we had an upstairs 2/bed2/bath that faced the back of the complex. After hours, call 311 and the police will be MORE THAN HAPPY TO ACCOMODATE YOU!!!
We give Maggie and her staff an A for CARING ABOUT HER TENNANTS, which is more than I can say for any other place I've lived so far..including here in Oregon!!!
