EVERYTHING IS ELECTRIC! My power bills were on average 150 each month for a one bedroom! They finally replaced the VERY VERY old kitchen appliances which probably helped add onto that huge powerbill.
The office staff was terrible. The would constantly send letters in the mail saying our rent would be raising by 150 bucks each month if we didnt resign our lease when we still had 6 MONTHS left!!!! They put letters on your door saying that knew that I had animals in the apartment. I had one fish in a tiny bowl on my dresser in my bedroom. . . I called the office staff and demanded to know how someone could have known i had animals in my apartment if they were never given access to my apartment and i told them my lawyers would be contacting them. Immediately they shut their mouthes apologized and said it was a mistake. EVEN though they took the time out to print my name and number on their little ------ official paperwork. ---- them.

Oh yeah dont back up in your own parking space for more than an hour because they will tow your car!

You can HEAR the people's conversation next to you! like i mean clearly word for word.

And did I mention the insane amounts of crime in that area' I thought hey i'm moving to the lakes and it should be a great nice rich area but noooo guess what my damn car was stolen within the first month. You hear the police helicopters hovering over you constantly.

I've lived in 5 different apartments in town and this one was by far the absolute worst i've had to deal with.

Thank god I finally bought a home.

this guy is telling the truth, if you don't tell the office what they want to hear man your in for a hard time
