good place, but going down hill'

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I lived there for two years. At first, the place was quiet and peaceful. Then, gradually, management began renting to more and more "ghetto-types". When I finally moved out in June of '06, complaining about noise had become a constant thing. Too bad, used to be a nice place. Now, it's fast becoming undesirable.
