After 4 years living there I got to the point where I HATED it.
It is a very noisy complex, my upstairs neighbor made enough noise at
night to wake me up almost every night. Mowing, the leaf blower and other loud equipment starts at 730 am even on Saturdays. Initially things were maintained nicely but then the roach problem started and nothing ever seemed to be done about it.

It used to be a good place to live when Maggie Roberts managed it. It sure has went downhill since I moved out in early 2004. I see now that it was one of the best things I ever did. You are right about the yard maintenance. I almost forgot about how early the noise would start. I hope you found a better place. Try some of the Picerne properties. I've heard good things about them.

I was about to post nearly verbatim what you wrote. I can't believe how a lawn crew can turn what little grass this place has into a week-long mowing task. I say this because they seem to mow the same strip of grass outside my window EVERY day! And the roaches are a huge problem; this place is disgusting.
