It was nice when I moved in. Now they rent to loud tenants, decreased services: no longer have: video rentals, locked mailroom, security patrol. It took 3 weeks, 6 phone calls, 1 call to tv reporter to have a water leak repaired for the sprinkler system - alot of wasted water. They now charge for water using non-metered calculations - unfair for single tenants. Repairs are either ignored, downgraded or done poorly. Increased rents after you move in. Be careful that your rent payment is acknowledged. They 'lost' my check for 2 weeks, then notified I was to be evicted. I stopped payment, they found the check and reimbursed me. This happened to 10 other tenants.
