I, too, have only lived here for a little over 6-months and I can't wait to get out of here... and it's all because of the women in the front office. They are very unprofessional, rude, lazy and show no follow thru on simple customer service issues. I've had several maintenance problems that I have had to call about over and over again before something is finally done. I also had to call more than 4 times about my noisy neighbors and nothing still seems to be done. Finally on the last call, they said they would send them a note - what good does a note do'! How about getting off your butt and telling them to shut-up'! And if all they're going to do is sit around the office and be rude, why don't they be a little useful and do a better job screening people before letting them move in' I guess they're too busy being snide to make the effort. If you can't tell, I think this place is a hole and you shouldn't live here.
