Apartment is nice, moved in w/ fairly new carpet, clean; Dnstrs apts no washer/dryer(annoying), does have fireplace (useless); maintenance is good, responds promptly; office people sometimes difficult, but overall responsive; lots of kids (good; no gang-bangers); overall pretty clean/safe environment; poor grounds keeping; good price; good apartment; reccomandable as a cheap apartment.
