Please do not move here under any circumstances. This place took advantage of my mom. They had some woman named Shannon working there who wrote out a lease that apparently wasn't accurate stating that 99 bucks moved you in and free months rent. Then my mom is told that they never had such a special even though it says 99 moves you in and free rent on the side of the apartment.

My mom is going to take legal action. They kept saying this Shannon made so many mistakes-she gavet them the wrong apartment. The manager in there is a total -----, -----, -----. She spoke to my mother like was illiterate which is no surprise since she seemed to have an impression that all black people are ghetto, ignorant and are only looking for a handout and way to screw other people.

the manager is a ----- and is not helpful. they're under new management. they claim my mother owed rent for March or April. This was the rent that was supposed to be free. There were no late charges which made no sense. These people are crazy. I heard they change management like people do their underwear. And they changed their name and give the place face lift to get rid of its bad reputation. My mom is getting the hell out of there as soon as she can. I also notice a lot of people moving out. They let their kids play in the parking lot well past sundown. The pool is filthy and when my mom asked that dim wit in the office for a key she said something like, oh, well, it won't be ready to use until summer." That wasn't the question -----. Can I have my key. I guess not, since the pool looks like someone's been using it for a bathroom. It's gross.

The management employs incompentent workers and when they screw over enough tenants they get rid of these "no last name" employees. They claimed this idiot Shannon who gave my mom some special that apparently didn't exist that she was moved to another complex. I am so pissed at these people. I intend to do everything I can to stop these people, that includes legal action and revealing their nasty characters to every and any news organization that will listen, no slander, just truth. I believe they are imcompetent (the voided lease as proof signed and initialed by dim wit Shannon) and underhanded (getting my mom to sign a new lease which they claim negates all provisions of the original)and rude (that spiteful manager snapping that my mother can move out if she wanted to. She did this on two occasions. The first was when she had just moved in and she had no idea what the problems was and just walked out, and said "well you can move out if you like." Dim wit had to explaint to her hot headed manager that my mom just has a question about the part of the lease she was going to sign. Incompetent, underhanded con-artists who seek to take advantage of people. Don't let me get started on the maintenance. Are they freaking invisible'

We were given a free month due to them screwing us on another property that Pinnacle Realty managed called Wynn Palms. 5 days into our free month we were given a pay or vacate notice which was dated 2 days before it was delivered (late on a friday night) and told us that we couldn't deal with it until Tara the manager was back in on monday. Don't move here.
