Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I have lived in this complex three times in 13 years. The first two times when they were Mt Springs it was not too bad.I moved in for the 3rd time in 2005 due to a divorce. My son is zoned for school across street and felt that based on past experience living there it would be a good situation until I could get budget under control and look to buy another house/townhome.It has been anything but pleasant!! I am only here for my sons school.
I have been broken into ( thanks to friends in metro I got most of my stuff back, no thanks or sympathy from staff,by the way the thieves lived in the complex)moved to different unit, like the location but with the numerous management changes, no continuity,no communication especially last 3 months with latest group, No Cable, No water last night,today. When you call it gets pushed off or no answer. It seems like they are setting up for Condo conversation and hope people just bail, it is total BS.

I have some good memories from living here many moons ago. But NOT NOW. This place STINKS. I don't care what it takes but I am out of here asap. Unless you don't mind suprises and skidmark occupants( not all ,but the majority)and might be thinking of purchasing if and when they convert, STAY AWAY!!!

i was glad to get out of there.. i had one car vandalised and totalled out bught a new car with the settlement and that car was stolen six days later.. the managment realy didnt seem to care and wouldnt even break my lease for me.
