Great if you like your car stolen and not having your fixtures or appliances working

I can not believe how bad this place really is. They let drug dealers, hookers, and car thieves in by the dozens. My neighbor's car was stolen twice (he got it back and then 2 weeks later it was stolen again. Mine was stolen once but Metro caught them 3 blocks away (GO METRO) and then they tried again to steal it 3 weeks later (both times in broad daylight). My apartment was trashed when I got it, the carpet was torn up, graffiti and holes in the doors, multipe light fixtures didn't work, the fans in the bathrooms don't function and have been on order for 8 months, the refridgerator was missing (as was the washing machine). There was mold all over under the kitchen sink. I requested to have it fixed for months and finally they just came in and painted over it. People take parking spots that aren't there's and then when you complain the managment give yuou a parking violation sticker and tell you, "Put this on their window and run before they see you". The smaller pool has been condemned by the state because they found sperm and a condom in it. Thats after it was closed 6 times this year. The larger pool has been closed at least as many times and is not open again. The computers in the internet room have a password lock that they will not give any one. After my initial run through the apartment, I talked to the manager who told me, "Well at least you have a roof over your head". Like I don't pay $1160.00 every month (on time) for this overly priced piece of crap.
