We moved in 8-08 and it has been a nightmare every step of the way. We had a list of at least 20 broken things upon moving in and took them months to even begin the work orders. Our dryer was broke for 4 months before they finally replaced it with a new old one that has recently gone out...I will probably be moved b4 they fix it. We had a leak in our ceiling which eventually created mold. So they came out and scraped it out of the ceiling leaving a big hole in our closet that they never returned to patch. Our bathtub only fills up with 3 inches of hot water before it runs out and the office told me the hot water tank doesnt support a standard bathtub, BULL! We have been infested with roaches nearly the entire time despite the fact that they have "bombed" TWICE and sprayed nearly every week! I have two toddlers and am pregnant and being exposed to this is a health hazard. The office staff have always rushed me off the phone with attitude and honestly do NOT give a crap about your problems although if your lucky you will get a new staff member that is polite and at least pretends to care. We are finally moving out of this nasty apartment in 30 days which seems like a lifetime to now find out that we have a BEDBUG Infestation, which is a hard task to get rid of! They are coming in through the gorgeous carpeted baseboards that lead to open pathways to the next apartment. This whole building has to be infested with all kinds of creatures since they keep coming backing after all the exterminating. I just hope we dont take any friends with us to our new place! I wish I new more about the NV laws and could get them to pay for a place to stay for the next 30 days so I dont have to deal with all the friggin bugs!I wouldnt stay here if they paid me!
