DO NOT rent here!!! Horrible staff - could care less. Maintenace DEFINETLY has issues. My AC unit has not been working properly for over 2 months and it still is NOT fixed. My electricity bill went fron $150 - $515!!! Gate is still broken for over 6 months, DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY pool, they do not clean the grounds. Constantly see the police and other tenants in the office complaining coincedentally the same time I am. Do NOT step into this place unless you want your life to be cursed.

I totally agree my electric bill went up from $90 to now $200. I know there has been power increases but this is rediculous obviously somthing fishy going on at Summerlin Entrada! DIRTY is right!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
