Don't move here!!

I'm writing this to warn people. Only people that would like it here is criminals and drug users! There are drug dealers here and your car and apartment might get broken into. It has happened on a number of occasions. Police are here all the time, helicopters circle above the complex. Many neighbors play loud music and yell and argue at any time of day or night.

Management pretend to be helpful when filling out a damage report but it takes a few days to months (if ever) before maintenance shows up and then they always say they're gonna come back. But usually they don't come back because they don't have anybody that know how to fix things.

Your car has to be in perfect condition at all times and you can't work on it on the property (people do it anyway). Our car got towed for a flat tire (you have 24 hours to fix it) and we couldn't pay the $300 to get it back so it's gone. We've been here 2.5 years now and no staff have been here longer than 6 months it seem. New company now made us fill out a huge amount of paper work because it is now federal housing. Rent might go down. Rent currently includes cable, water, sewer and trash. I pay $570 for a two bedroom and 1 bath apartment. When you move in on a lease they give you a low price but when the lease go out your rent go up a lot even if you sign a new lease.

There will be major renovations here soon--or so they say. I heard that a recliner fell through someones floor. The balcony feels very unsafe, the wood is about to give in. We've had leaks through the bedroom wall and in the kitchen. Mold is a big problem here. A/C and heat doesn't work very well and so we rarely use it. The list of problems can be made longer but I will stop here.

I wish you good luck if you move here but please don't bring kids if you don't want them to be around crazy people. And don't expect the apartment to be clean. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
