DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lived her for 4 years and it was great until the "awesome" manager left and then changed managers every month or so and each one seemed to care a little less. That is until the latest manager came along! I transferred from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. The two bedrooms apt had no shower head on one bath and the other bathroom had a crack in the floor of the shower, however the management needed me out of the one bedroom because they had already rented it. I had to take showers at my one bedroom and walk over to my two bedroom in the dead of winter because I had not use of the showers! And the new manager, she was a real winner. She tired to refuse my deposits and said that I owed her $400.00 for damages... Not a scratch in the whole apartment. They did have to redo the master closet because the whole shelf fell down. Maintenance "fixed" it and it fell again. This happened three times before I went and spent $100.00 to install my own shelves. And you bet I took them with me. My air conditioner was broke for three days during the summer when it reached the first 110 degrees and the manager said on the third day, "why don't you go stay in a hotel'" Did not offer to pay and knew that I had a dog. This was the type of service that you will expect to receive at Sunridge. If you have any other place to live in Vegas& LIVE THERE& Unless you like your apartment 110 degrees because your air is broken and you want to caught ammonia.
