Sunridge is a Great place to live at. The staff is extremely friendly & will bend backwards for you to make things perfect for you. The asst. manager at this time Brandi is very helpful. She has ran the apartment complex for about a year by herself until they had more staff come in. If you choose to rent from them ask for Brandi, she is very honest & upfront with you, she also doesnt put up with crap from anybody. The maintenace is sometimes slow getting to your work order but if they are not their within 48 hours they will call or send you a letter letting you know we are behind on workorders due to having emergency A/C calls getting completed. The only reason i moved from Sunridge is because i was moving out of state. If i ever move back i will def. be going back there. People who leave bad rating for them are more then likely residents the office staff wouldnt put up with.

I just move in, so I was a sucker who BELIEVED your attacks, but to others, DO NOT BELIEVE it one second!!! Keep looking, because I WISH I had!!!!
